gsdx32-avx-r5350.dll free download

My PC is an Acer 

(Intel processor CPU G2030 @ 3Ghz 64x. 8.00Gb of RAM)

Using Windows 8.1

When I 1st installed PCSX2

 the option of using the AVX plugin in the GS tab wasnt in the BIOS list, so I selected the SSE4.1

Now, when I try to load a game

 PCSX2 gives an error saying (See attachment for picture): 

Failed to load shared library 

C:\Program Files (x86)\PCSX2 1.2.1\Plugins\gsdx32-avx-r5875.dll

(error 1114: a dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.)

Games wont run and PCSX2 crashes. I tried re-installing & even installing older V 1.0.0 of PCSX2. Nothing works.

HELP?! Thanks in advance...
